Made to Order

House of Meluha products are made to order in India. We begin preparing your order after it is placed so that each piece can be created and fulfilled specifically for you.

Processing Time

Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for dispatch.

Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time depends on the destination and shipping carrier. Tracking information will be provided when tracking is available for your shipment.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout. From time to time, free shipping may be offered subject to the conditions shown at checkout.

Delivery Delays

Delivery dates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, public holidays, operational issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct or cancel an order. Once production or fulfilment has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
