How We Make Your Order
House of Meluha products are made to order in India. We begin preparing your order after it is placed so that each piece can be created and fulfilled specifically for you.
Processing Time
Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for dispatch.
Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time depends on the destination and shipping carrier. You will receive tracking information when tracking is available for your shipment.
Delivery Delays
Delivery dates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because our products are made to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct or cancel an order. Once production or fulfilment has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
