We want you to be happy with your House of Meluha purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at storemeluha@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it.
Eligibility
To request a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact. Items that have been used, washed, damaged after delivery, or altered may not be eligible for return.
Made-to-Order Products
Our products are made to order, so we do not accept returns simply because you have changed your mind, selected the wrong size, or no longer want the item. Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review the request and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
