Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
When Refunds May Apply
Refunds may be considered where an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, subject to review of the request and supporting photographs.
Change of Mind & Incorrect Size
Because many House of Meluha products are made to order, refunds are not provided simply because you have changed your mind, selected the wrong size, or no longer want the item. Please check the product details and size guide before ordering.
